The Slates- sneak peek

I had the privilege to photograph the children of one of my closest friends and mentor. I met Kristah (the mother of these beautiful children) when I was in high school. She was the one who told me "No" when I mentioned I was considering a community college before transferring to a university. She said, "It's better to go straight into it. I know you can do it." And so I did! And how glad I am that I did! It was at Sam when I got to know God more and found a true fellowship in the midst of a mainstream college culture. She has never stopped being a mentor and a friend. This is not the first time I have taken pictures of her beautiful children, but this time I have Picasa! (a good free editing software that will do for now; amateurs check it out!). And I can make her children look extra precious. Thank you Kristah for always encouraging me to follow Jesus.
